Pre-tempered with Oil Coating. It can be used for immeditaly for making Roti, Chapati, Dosa, Paratha, Egg omlette, Bread sandwiches, Uthappam varieties. This iron tawa heat up quickly and uniformly. Easy to clean. Works well with gas stove only, not compatible with induction cooktops completely hand- made.
